The Role
As Cyber Security Manager for Sarah Group, you will be responsible for driving and leading the development and implementation of Cyber Security strategies, roadmaps and solutions across the three businesses. This role will lead Cyber Security capability, ensuring that information, applications and technical infrastructure assets are protected and align with business needs and objectives.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Development, management and continuous review of our Cyber Security strategy, framework, solutions and systems in alignment with organisational goals
Manage Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as ISO27001, ACSC Essential 8, ASD ISM
Oversee Cyber Security training and awareness programs for employees to promote best practice security awareness
Ensure that technology deliverables meet strategic goals, cyber and technology standards and guidelines
About You
As Cyber Security Manager at Sarah Group, you will become part of a high-performing team culture that thrives on continuous improvement. We are looking for highly organised individuals with strong attention to detail and exposure to industry standard security frameworks.
Tertiary qualification in information security, computer science, or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in defining, developing and reviewing Cyber Security, risk, compliance and governance policies
Industry certification and relevant Cyber Security experience (CISSP, CISM, SSCP, GIAC)
Proven record of accomplishment in security policy and framework implementation
Experience in developing close working relationships with executive and management teams
Excellent communication and consultation skills
