We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Vulnerability Specialist for a pivotal 12-month daily rate contract role, with opportunities for extension.

This position offers a competitive daily rate of $800-900 including super.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, software, and hardware.
• Implement risk analysis and mitigation strategies to enhance security posture.
• Drive application security practices to ensure security remains a cornerstone of software development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all facets of operations.
• Utilize expertise in frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to strengthen defensive strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Vulnerability Management tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable).
• Proficiency in network security and application security methodologies.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis and proactive risk management approaches.
• Tech-agnostic approach with the ability to adapt to various environments and technologies.
• Previous experience with a renowned brand or within a leading industry organization preferred.
