Join our client, a distinguished leader in Sydney's business landscape, as they embark on transformative endeavors. We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement Specialist to contribute to their dynamic team.
As the Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 modules, propelling the organisation's digital transformation initiatives forward. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installation, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM modules to meet business requirements
- Performing updates, upgrades, and patching for Dynamics 365 environments
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in the business such as project manager and business analysts
- Creating and maintaining integration interfaces between Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Designing databases to maintain their reliability, performance and stability.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales modules
- Strong Microsoft tool experience such as Power platform, Power BI
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
