Department Overview The Data Administrator Sales Operations will be responsible for supporting the VS&A sales team through data integrity and data cleansing efforts. The goal of the Data Administrator is to ensure that all systems have enriched and accurate data, by managing the Customer Master database and supporting systems. Reporting to the Data Governance Manager, the Data Administrator helps the sales organization run accurate reports and sales processes, enabling the team to make better and faster decisions.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and resolve data integrity initiatives with Ringlead/Zoominfo/Dunns & Broadstreet/EDQ platforms
- Oversee data processes within the Customer Data Hub
- Maintain data quality and provide oversight to the data lifecycle.
- Participate in data analysis/validation of various data related projects
- Manage the data import process for sales campaigns, acquisitions, migrations, and other bulk data loads.
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
- Interaction with business and IT departments in understanding user needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 Years experience in Data Background: Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Data Integrity, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM sales application – understanding of objects, field level data, reporting
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel PIVOT tables and basic functionality
- Understanding of Ringlead / Zoominfo Integrations or ability to self-teach
- Fluency in Google (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle CDH, Salesforce CPQ and/or SAP a plus
- Analytical and judgment skills necessary to identify cause-and-effect relationships and make recommendations
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Passionate about automation of data-related tasks and technology
