Third Drawer Down operates globally and works within the art and design space. Licensing, product design, manufacturing, logistics, and sales are the core parts of the business.
If you are super organised, a good communicator both written and verbal, good on the computer and if you like people and sales, then we’ve got the role for you.
You will need to be tech savvy with software programs, they are all super user-friendly and you will be trained and supported. They include Shopify, parts of Xero and Dear Inventory.
Main Responsibilities- Raise sales orders and ensure all orders are received and processed promptly and coordinate with our 3PL warehouses in Hong Kong / USA and UK;
- Support all selling activities, including contributing to timely reporting on stock and availability with our wholesale and marketing team;
- Entering purchase orders and syncing to the e-commerce and POS systems
- Reordering stock and transferring stock with weekly sales reports
- General administration for the departments
- Weekly reporting on sales, inventory and customer service
- Sound knowledge of Excel skills and tech-savvy
- Process driven - analytical, numerate and accurate
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills
- Flexible and happy to take on ad hoc duties to assist the team
- A diplomatic team player who can interact effectively at all levels
- Proactive and efficient
- MS Office – skilled in using Word and Excel
- Email - systems, including Outlook and Outlook Express
- Shopify - or equivalent
- Dear Inventory - not essential, but a bonus
