We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Data Administrator. If you are looking to kick start your career in administration or have a passion for data and processes, then this opportunity is for you.
The Data Administrator is responsible for accurately processing and creating product and promotional data within our internal host management system whilst maintaining data integrity.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining all product, promotional and pricing files within the in-house management system
- Providing clear, timely and accurate information to the business to meet system and reporting requirements.
- Generate weekly host files that are retrieved electronically by our network of independent supermarkets. These files contain information to successfully run a supermarket, including promotions and product changes.
- Proactively engage retailers via phone and email in response to any queries or to provide advice.
To be successful in this position, you will have the following competencies and experience:
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively with all key stakeholders.
- Set and work to priorities to achieved desired outcomes, whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
- A passion for data and data accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate excel skills highly desired, including the ability to work with multiple worksheets and perform VLOOKUP’s and IF statements. Training is available to the right candidate.
