Due to ongoing project work an opportunity has come up for aSAP Data Administrator with SAP (Material Master, BOM's, inspection plans) experience to work within Supply Chain Group for major global pharmaceutical organisation.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to SAP Data Manager, key duties include the following:
- Oversee Master Data within SAP Excel Spreadsheets.
- Compile data to spreadsheets & forward to relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate Data Discrepancies (inspection plans, BOM's material master) & report on discrepancies.
- Ensure Data is aligned to GxP regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain data load tracker & update data status slides.
- Create reports for daily review & follow up on vendor projects.
- Effectively liaise with internal key stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous SAP data administration experience.
- Sound experience within a GxP pharmaceutical industry.
- Sound understanding of SAP (BOM's, materials master).
- Good MS Office Skills.
- Excellent Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise at all levels.
