The Role
Step into the spotlight in this critical Data Analyst role, where your insights will directly influence key business decisions to support Australia’s energy transformation.
Reporting to the Quality & Systems Manager, you’ll work closely with operational teams to deepen our understanding of their systems and reporting needs, helping to drive significant enhancements through your analysis.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end process analysis.
- Deliver insights on trends and patterns within complex data sets.
- Create and optimise reports using tools like Power BI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage advanced databases and data collection systems.
- Collaborate with ICT to specify business requirements and support system testing.
- Improve and change management of advanced work order management systems.
About You
- Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a services-oriented business.
- Proficient with MS Office suite and have worked with SAP.
- Expertise in developing reports and dashboards via PowerBI.
- A proactive self-starter who excels in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
- Inquisitive and solution-oriented with a positive, results-driven approach.
