Exciting opportunities for 2 x Analysts have become available within the National IT department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. These positions are for fixed-term contracts until 30 May 2025.
As an Analyst you will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and analysis of new business processes within the AHEAD SAP Centric landscape across all departments. You will present key findings and recommendations to shape the development and delivery of process improvement projects and activities whilst engaging with various stakeholders and experts in a fast-paced retail environment.
What does the role look like?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, develop and implement products and applications to support business processes
- Support cross-department collaboration to align with process improvement experts from all business areas
- Architect, design and build robust and scalable solutions
- Drive optimisation, testing and tooling to improve the quality of SAP Systems
- Guide internal project teams to optimise technical solutions and outcomes
- Implement automated measures to ensure data quality issues / errors in applications are automatically prevented / detected and corrected
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Demonstrated experience in data mining and database management solutions including design, development and administration
- Demonstrated experience engineering data pipelines and optimising solutions
- Experience working with data across sources including Celonis, SAP S/4 Hana and SQL
- High competency with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS
- Project management or coordination experience highly regarded
- Exposure to business transformation projects highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in retail or FMCG advantageous
