ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a versatile Data Engineer/Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure iPaaS.
This hybrid role requires a blend of technical prowess in data infrastructure and analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data.
The successful candidate will design and maintain scalable data systems while also analysing complex datasets to support strategic decision-making.
Specifically, in this role you'll:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure iPaaS to support data integration, transformation, and delivery of customer-centric solutions.
- Develop and manage efficient data models and architectures for both operational and analytical purposes to enhance customer service delivery.
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights; deliver reports and visualisations that guide business decisions and provide direct value to customers.
- Utilise Azure iPaaS for effective data integration and workflow automation across various platforms to streamline customer data processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions that enhance their operations.
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of data systems, ensuring high standards of data quality and accessibility for customer applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and analysis, especially within Microsoft ecosystems, to continuously improve solutions offered to customers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in data management and analysis, focusing on customer outcomes.
