A day in the life of the Data Analyst Property...
- Develop and maintain robust property data and processes to facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization, ultimately enhancing performance.
- Monitor the performance of our property portfolio, providing actionable insights, and fostering accountability in various processes across the team and organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance cooperation among different departments, promoting sustainable and informed decision-making by leveraging accurate property data and insights.
- Guide, support, and drive outcomes to establish a Property Line of Business, leveraging our existing infrastructure, capabilities, and networks to add significant value.
What you need to be successful in this role…
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Property Management, or a related field (or extensive equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated track record of strategic, business-focused partnering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior analyst level.
- Possesses at least 3 years of broad system and commercial experience in a complex, fast-paced industry.
