We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to join our team in Sydney.
In the role of ICT Business Analyst your primary responsibility will be to provide day to day assistance to the product and delivery teams to ensure that all project activities are tracked, managed and delivered on time for clients.
This includes requirements gathering, project setup and design, product validation plans, observations/problems and regular status reports. You will also be working to identify and deliver streamlined and improved processes to support lean product development methods.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out analysis to define requirements and specifications for project delivery
Develop and implement best practices and processes for improved system methods
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT and business processes
Use process and data modelling techniques to manage/optimise system software
Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information
Communicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues
Collaborate with technical specialists such as systems analysts and developers to optimise and enhance products and processes
Monitor development processes and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
Liaising with executives and other team members and providing reports on project progress as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance, or relevant subject area
4 or more years experience in product development or BA roles
