We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for an experienced Data Analyst to design, develop and implement critical business intelligence initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.
Requirements
Here's what you'll be doing:

• Development and maintenance of reports and dashboards according to business needs
• Maintaining a suite of monthly scheduled reports
• Management of data platforms
• Health checking to ensure data quality and consistency is maintained
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to determine data and reporting requirements
• Presenting data in various ways to internal and external stakeholders
• Performing analysis on data sets to determine trends, patterns and insights
• Delivering efficiencies and competitive advantages throughout the business by using data analysis techniques and developing new solutions
• Performing data ingestion and loading tasks
• Make recommendations based on findings to stakeholders

Here's what you'll bring:

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in developing reports and automating reports
• Deep skills in SQL Server database development including Views, Stored Procedures, triggers and variables
• Experience in using Microsoft Report Builder, specifically creating and managing paginated reports
• Great communication and people skills
• Experience in using PowerBI for dashboarding, familiar with Power Query, writing DAX queries and functions
• Ability to research, troubleshoot and identifying solutions to resolve reporting issues
• A moderate skill level in Python programming
• Working experience in data analysis and reporting within a CRM/ERP
• Experience in managing data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, ETL, stream processing is desired
• Have a strong grasp on data concepts such as APIs, databases, data pipelines, data warehousing, data lakes, etc
• AI and Machine Learning experience is a bonus, including the application of methodologies to solve real problems

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
This role does not require any formal qualifications and is classed under the Business Equipment Award.
