Job Title: Data and Compliance Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Data and Compliance Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and auditing data related to government-funded programmes. This position involves close collaboration with external employers and the execution of reporting duties for our managed business services.
Role Accountabilities:
- Process new learner registrations on PICS system, ensuring alignment with monthly deadlines.
- Conduct audits on digital learner documentation to verify compliance with Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding and audit standards.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Delivery teams to manage monthly claims efficiently.
- Update learner records to reflect any changes in circumstances, maintaining accuracy and currency.
- Perform regular audits on learner records, adhering to organisational procedures.
- Reconcile learner data across multiple Management Information Systems (MIS) and platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate Individual Learner Records (ILR).
- Provide regular reports to the Finance Director, contributing to financial oversight and planning.

Qualifications and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
- Proficient in using PICS (or similar MIS systems) and the Apprenticeship Service Platform.
- Capable of managing data entry, auditing, and reporting tasks with strict compliance to regulations.
- In-depth understanding of ESFA funding rules and their application within the role.
