About the Role
This role is pivotal in ensuring Network Rehabilitation Group is compliant with their human resources documentation, support worker supervision, Participant service agreements and support plans. Your role will ensure a smooth onboarding process for our Support Workers and ensuring full compliance with Support Worker specific statutory and legal requirements. You'll be responsible for creating RSS and NCMS service agreements and providing NDIS portal information. You will ensure support plan and support worker supervision compliance by facilitating the Care Coordinator’s calendar. You will update our Participant CRM as required and ensure all employee files are kept up to date.
Sitting at our front desk you will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance to both internal and external customers. On request, you’ll provide support to the General Manager with special projects. You’ll support the team with phone coverage overflow and during lunch breaks.

- Work Rights - permit to work in Australia
- Current Drivers Licence
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in the disability/aged care/community sector
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident MS Office user
- Exposure to CRM software
- Excellent administrative and documentation skills including experience in using online portals and databases
- Excellent communication skills
