So come join the team and have a remarkable journey!About the Role – Data EngineerWe are seeking Data Engineers who are passionate and curious about data, committed to always delivering value, invested in continuous learning, and excited to be part of a knowledgeable, forward-thinking team.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years’ experience with one of Microsoft ADF, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Fivetran, DBT, Talend, Informatica, and other ELT/ETL tools.
- 2+ years’ experience with one of AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synpase, Azure SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Postgresql, Mysql, etc.
- 2+ years’ proficiency in coding with Python, R or similar.
- 2+ years’ coding in SQL.
- 2+ years’ experience in using cloud platforms, ranging from Azure, Snowflake, AWS and GCP, through to Kubernetes, Docker and similar.
- Familiarity with data warehousing methodologies e.g., Ralph Kimball or data vault.
- An understanding of CI/CD practices in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience in IoT architectures and ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Experience in deploying production ready data pipelines.
- The ability to interpret technical requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- 2+ years’ business or consulting experience.
- The ability to think “outside the box”.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A tertiary degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, science, engineering, or technology (advanced degree preferred).
