They are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Data Entry Assistant. Your new role will be pivitol in ensuring accurate and timely data entry of client records. Your meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness the services they provide. Reporting to the Home Care Team Leader, you will help maintain their commitment to excellence in customer service. This role would suit someone looking to gain more office experience.
The key tasks include:
- Transferring data from paper formats into digital spreadsheets
- Reviewing data for errors and verifying accuracy
- Co-ordinate with services and provide a high level of customer service to clients
- Assist with the management of incidents reporting into the organisation's Incident Management System and to the Aged Care Quality Commission
- Maintaining register systems and processes
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office including Intermediate Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and use new software and tools
- Excellent communication skills with an intrinsic passion for giving back to the community
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS WC, Covid Vaccinated
- Experience in medical terminology highly regarded
