• Full Time Permanent Position, Monday to Friday,  2PM-10PM
  
• Provide general administration, Data Entry and office support
  
• Order in office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms and other general items
  
• Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner
  
• Utilise CRMs and tracking systems systems in order to track customer freight and resolve queries
  
• Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express
  
• Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
  

• A high attention to detail
  
• Strong Data Entry Skills
  
• Confidence with Microsoft Office
  
• The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  
• Previous experience in a data-entry role
  
• Own transport
