About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Asset Assistant. This role primarily involves supporting the management and organization of digital assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. The ideal candidate will have strong Data Entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 3-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Asset Management:
- Inputting and updating relevant metadata for digital assets stored within the DAM.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of metadata to facilitate easy search and retrieval of assets by users.
- Assisting with bulk asset management tasks such as tagging, expiring, application of usage rights and organizing assets within the DAM.
- Identifying errors and noting patterns in metadata inconsistencies to ensure that data is corrected.
Platform Maintenance and Support:
- Providing day-to-day support for DAM users and addressing their queries promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with user access management, ensuring compliance with best practices and platform guidelines.
- Monitoring platform health and reporting any technical issues to the appropriate team members.
We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry tasks.
- Basic understanding of digital asset management principles and workflows (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable:
- Previous experience with digital asset management systems or similar content management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and processes.
- Basic knowledge of metadata standards and practices.
- Experience with basic reporting and analysis tools.
