About the role:
This is a full time hours, temporary contract, with a potential for permanency. You will be joining the life insurance administration team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager. You will be responsible for:

• Entering & processing manual payments allocating to the correct Life Insurance policies
• Ensure members account details are verified and accurate on database records
• Work towards KPIs and targets and ensure adherence to compliance
• Perform high volume Data Entry
• Using multiple systems and procedures to complete Data Entry
• Confidentiality of client information and data

Your skills & experience:

• Must have previous experience in a Data Entry role
• Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
• Be self-driven and also follow instruction
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
