Description
- Coordinate production schedules and tags
- Manage customer quotes and purchase orders (POs)
- Handle stock orders and transfers
- Ensure smooth office operations
- Perform accurate Data Entry with zero errors
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls and distribute them to relevant departments
- Greet customers and suppliers when required
- Assist the Sales team as needed
- Process card payments if required
- Order stock and non-stock items as necessary
- Process stock transfers
- Manage Customer Service emails
- Perform general office duties as directed
- Report discrepancies and problems to management
- Inform supervisor/manager of any processes that could impact quality and/or safety
- Ensure processes deliver intended outcomes
- Promote a customer-focused environment
- Maintain the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Promote Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) awareness and culture
