Job Description: We are currently seeking a Data Entry - Entry Level Document Controller to join our team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in maintaining and organising project-related documents and records to ensure efficient project workflows and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: With training and guidance from current management you will train towards the following.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Workshop Manager and other team members to support their document-related needs.
- Document Administration: Maintain a systematic approach to organise, track, and retrieve project documents.
- Data Management: Ensure the precise entry and continual updates of project-related data within the document management system.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Conduct routine quality assessments to verify document compliance.
- Document Distribution: Facilitate the efficient distribution of documents to the team, adhering to project-specific requirements.
- Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with the Workshop Manager and fellow team members to fulfill their document-related needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Competent with computers.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry experience an advantage but not necessary.
- Some QA experience an advantage but not necessary.
