Qualifications & experience
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with JDE (Oracle) operating systems preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications along with suitable building industry experience are desirable but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold
- Receive, manage, or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services
- Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff
- Develop expertise with product offerings and articulate features and benefits to customers. Apply product knowledge to support customers.
- Maintain client databases, cold calling potential clients.
