The role also involves participation in projects as needed.What are the key accountabilities?

• Liaise with Australian and global publishers for timely collection of usage data
• Establish and manage data collection processes with publishers
• Establish and streamline data collection processes internally including self-service data acquisition
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Manual for report management including collecting, collating and disseminating reports
• Meet deadlines; manage and function within timeframes for obtaining data, communicating data to Data Insights Team and reporting back to clients via various delivery methods
• Work with clients to address specific usage issues and requirements
• Maintain filing system for service level agreements
• Maintain filing system for licence and distribution agreements
• Develop and maintain client dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Any other tasks as assigned and related to digital health content

Key skills and knowledge required:

• Proficient in analysing and managing data to support business decisions, drawing from experience in data and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Strong team player with the ability to contribute effectively to team goals.
• Desirable knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Accurate management of usage data.
• Ability to assist with contract management.
• Effective prioritisation skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
