The Role
This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health practice group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively managing and maintaining multiple inboxes and calendars, as well as monitoring court and client timeframes and providing reminders as necessary
- Arranging registration of new matters
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly & yearly reports
- Billing including time entry, preparation and review of draft bills
- Preparing files, draft legal documents, court documents and correspondence
- Additional duties as required
What You Offer:
We are looking for an administrator with experience in data processing and analytics. This role would be ideal for someone who has:
- A background in Data / Reporting / Legal Administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Affinity and NetDocuments would be beneficial, but not essential
