We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Literacy and Change Lead to join our Data Governance & Analytics Team. Reporting to the Data Governance & Analytics Program Manager, you will develop a Data Literacy program and lead associated change strategies to uplift organisational data capabilities and deliver business benefits across the organisation.
This 12-month Fixed Term opportunity can be either Full Time or Part Time and based in any of St Vincent's Head Offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
St Vincent's Health Australia's Data Governance & Analytics Program works with stakeholders to improve data availability to deliver benefits including financial optimisation, performance, and compliance insights. Working across the organisation and with other key transformation projects, the analytics program aims to set up foundational corporate reporting with increased data accessibility and self-service, in preparation for the long-term strategy of a new EMR and Clinical Informatics.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Develop a Data Literacy program, setting out objectives, scope, target audience, and performance measures for the program
- Create and execute a change strategy to support the Data Literacy program to uplift data enabled capabilities across the organisation
- Design and implement change management plans for each change initiative that acknowledges the different aspects of the change process - analysis, plan, implementation, communicate and other associated change considerations
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications relevant to change initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and support for change agents on change management and user adoption across the enterprise

- Demonstrated experience managing change to deliver business benefits
- Proven success implementing Data Literacy and Change initiatives in a large and complex health service environment
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience; including high level of knowledge of health workflows and models of care
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present reports
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting, public presentation and consultation, and the ability to negotiate, influence and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to collaborate, guide and support on multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines
- Extensive experience in training resource development and training delivery
- Current 2023 Flu Vaccine or the willingness to receive the 2024 Flu Vaccine when available, and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
