About this opportunity:
The Data Officer maintains the Rostering and Client Management Systems whilst being the main point of contact for any system enquiries.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Verify data integrity within the Rostering and Client management systems (R&CMS), and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure completion or update.
- Assist in development of work instructions for system processes and update them when necessary.
- Provide system support to business units, including data migrations, training, and inductions.
- Assess the performance of the R&CMS on a daily basis, report any errors or areas of improvement and analyse efficient pathways for short and long-term solutions.
- Assist with the deployment/rollout of R&CMS and serve as an Integration Agent while further integrations pathways are developed.
- Experience in a similar role and/or a qualification in a related field (desirable)
- Ability to understand/analyse problems and find solutions.
- Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate professional assertiveness in ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applications.
