About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Prepare and manipulate data for import into our systems, ensuring accuracy in importing and exporting data.
- Report Generation: Create insightful reports, providing critical data analysis to support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize collections.
- Collection Analysis: Analyze dialer statistics and collection processes to ensure optimal functionality.
- Cross-Training and Support: Train team members and act as backup for daily insight message distribution to collectors.
- Administrative Tasks: Conduct letter reviews, manage bulk letter runs, update process procedures, assist with end-of-month payments, and support the Operations Manager with daily planning and work allocation.

What You'll Need to Thrive
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Access and SQL is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data entry, analysis, and interpretation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; a positive attitude towards customer relations and team collaboration.
- Independence and Initiative: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, and business operating systems.

Qualifications
- Proven corporate experience in Data Processing, analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Tertiary study in a relevant discipline is desired.
- Familiarity with the debt recovery industry is advantageous.
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Sound understanding of business operating systems and effective job scheduling.
