Our State Government client is seeking a Data Quality Officer with high level Excel skills, to join the team on a temporary basis, working 38 hours per week. This CBD based role will be commencing ASAP and will run for an initial duration of 3 months with likely extension and promotion opportunities. At the AO4 level, the role will be paying $54.34 per hour plus super.
Supporting the Senior Data Officer and Business Analysts, you will be responsible for inputting data in the department's applications, ensuring Data Quality and using analytical and problem solving skills when anomalies arise.
Specifically, the role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Entering data
- Conduct detail-level Data Quality control
- Generating, reviewing and distributing Data Quality reports
- Resolving Data Quality anomalies
- Managing and maintaining Data Quality documentation
- Processing user access forms for internal and external clients
- Supporting the Senior Data Officer as required with vehicle master data
- Supporting Business Analysts with incident management as required
To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate strong experience in a similar role, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
