THE ROLE
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Full time IT Support & Data Reconciliation Officer who has a passion and commitment for their role. You will be someone who has the ability to work effectively and professionally, take initiative, effective time management with competing deadlines, have an eye for detail and positive attitude.
As an IT Support & Data Reconciliation Officer you will be responsible for providing all IT requirements & support for Kangaroo Bus Lines (KBL) and liase with KBL's IT contractor. You will work with third party suppliers in ensuring efficient running of programs, leased or purchased for company use. Data anlysis and date reconciliation reporting to assist senior management team.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role you will have:
Previous experience in IT Support or similiar role
Extensive knowledge of Office 365 and sharepoint
A positive work ethic
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independently & take initative
Patient and able to communicate in a straightforward and concise manner, and able to work well as part of a border team
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Attention to detail and maintaining high quality and accuracy
Certificate III or IV in Information Technology (desirable)
Microsoft Office Essential Certificate (desirable)
