Job Description
The Data Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within our organization. This position is instrumental in enhancing efficiency, coordination, and communication across various departments, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Reports: Create and maintain reports to facilitate tracking of business systems and licensing, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Configure Analytics: Manage data collection for business applications, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely completion.
- Resource Administration: Monitor and optimize resources to enhance productivity and streamline reporting processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address operational issues as they arise, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
