Your new role
We’re looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.
As the Data Quality Analyst within the Data Governance and Management team, you will play a key part in planning and spearheading the execution of various critical tasks in Data Quality Management, including gathering and analysing business rules of Data Quality, conducting DQ assessment, monitoring and engage stakeholder to support the adoption of a Data Quality practice and promote ownership across the organisation.
Your primary responsibility is to drive the advancement and maturity of Data Quality Management capabilities across the enterprise, deliver trusted, reliable and valuable outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll need to excel
- Demonstrated experience in Data Quality Management practice, involving business analysis activities to understand business processes, Data Quality rules, and defining technical requirements for DQ rule development.
- Proficiency in DQ assessments and profiling, conducting root cause analysis, impact analysis, and providing insightful recommendations for remediation to maintain and enhance overall Data Quality.
- Experience in continuously reviewing and monitoring DQ using reports and metrics, with the ability to engage data owners and other stakeholders for data issue remediation.
- Effective engagement, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, fostering productive relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality data-related advice and services.
- Experience in other Data Management activities, particularly in implementing operating frameworks, policies, roles, instructional material, and training, is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology, computer science, economics, business, or other relevant disciplines.
