In this role you will

• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data and processes, focusing on Collibra implementation experience.
• Integrate and utilize Collibra and other data management tools to enhance governance practices.
• Configure and customize Collibra workflows, Data Quality rules, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
• Define and implement metadata and Data Quality metrics within Collibra, collaborating with administrators and Spokes.
• Conduct training sessions for users on Collibra functionality, best practices, and standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement upgrades, and stay updated on new features.
• Gather requirements from business users, assess Data Quality needs, and translate them into Collibra configurations.
• Conduct thorough assessments and audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Provide operational support for Collibra, coordinating with support teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Define and maintain metadata standards within Collibra for effective data discovery.
• Collaborate with teams to identify Data Quality issues and drive resolution efforts.
• Monitor Data Quality trends and drive enhancement initiatives leveraging Collibra capabilities.

About you

• Proficiency in Collibra: Expertise in configuring and utilizing Collibra's functionalities for data governance workflows, quality rules, dashboards, and reporting.
• Collibra Implementation Experience: Track record of leading Collibra implementation projects, from setup to customization and integration, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Metadata Management: Deep understanding of Collibra's metadata capabilities, including defining and maintaining standards, taxonomies, and schemas for data discovery and lineage.
• Data Governance Best Practices: Knowledge of industry standards for data governance, translating them into Collibra solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Training and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with experience conducting training sessions and fostering collaboration for Collibra adoption.
• Preferable Certifications: Agile Certification, Collibra Ranger Certification, and ITIL Certification
