What we’re looking for:
You’ll be responsible for providing data focussed reporting and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the Affinity Education Group portfolio. This includes working with data from source to presentation in collaboration with all areas of the business.
The role:
Reporting to the Data Team Leader within the Business Performance team you’ll partner with all facets of the business – Finance, HR, Marketing, Compliance and Operations – providing reporting and presentation of data.
- Review and enhance current reporting in Tableau ensuring it’s integrity, timeliness and that it is fit for purpose
- Work with business stakeholders to leverage data sets to gain deeper insights and develop customised reports and dashboards
- Support business users with the data and reporting tools in place
- Coordinate & deliver cyclical, timely and accurate reporting including financial and business metrics
- As part of the data team share in the maintaining of data sources, user permissions and managing communications to stakeholders
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in data or business related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Tableau or similar in a business environment
- Advanced excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Presenting complex information in an understandable format, adapting based on audience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads and priorities.
- Can work independently and creatively as well as being an effective team player
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements
