Data & Reporting Analyst

By listening to and driving employee engagement they believe in building strong teams who know they are valued to deliver outcomes to their communities.The opportunityReporting to the People, Performance and Reporting Manager, this role will play a pivotal role in creating, sourcing and presenting a wide array of reports – focusing on analyzing HR and payroll data to assist the ELT in making informed decisions while driving improvements. Managing and maintaining all HRIS systems data across multiple HRIS platforms, including Humanforce, MicroPay and Connex while analyzing and identifying emerging trends and abnormalities.Selection criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification coupled with proven experience in a HR / Payroll data and Reporting Analyst role
• Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Excel (essential), Humanforce, MicroPay and Connx (highly desirable)
• Advanced communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience
• Critical thinker who enjoys sourcing solutions through data and information
