Applications are sought from data specialists to work in the Central Assessment & Performance Unit team, where ideally you will need the following capabilities and experience:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.
- The desire to drive organizational data maturity by transitioning to predictive analytics.
- Highly specialised data manipulation and analysis skills, enabling them to perform complex transformations, develop advanced algorithms, and construct statistical models that underpin informed decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilising a range of data integration, analytics, and reporting technologies, whether on-premise or cloud-based, such as Azure, SQL Server, R Studio, Power BI.
- Be able to critically analyse data to identify patterns and derive actionable insights will be complemented by their ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally, ensuring that insights are effectively conveyed to relevant stakeholders.
- Build the capability of their peers, offering mentorship and coaching to fellow data analysts and planners, and thereby contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of the team as a whole.
