One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Data Architect / Solution Architect for a major program across the data warehouse capability. The successful Data Architect / Solution Architect will be offered a 12 monthcontract with 2 x 12 month extension option.

The successful Data Architect / Solution Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to.

• Development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to data and data platform/systems/technical requirements
• Deliver solution architecture understanding the enterprise patterns and data technology.
• Developing end–to–end solution architecture to support Health’s Enterprise Data Warehouse, data & analytics projects

The successful Data Architect / Solution Architect will have experience in the following:

• 5+ years’ years of experience in Data architect roles or solution architect role in data warehouse space
• Understand complex information systems and design effective data solutions and models to store and retrieve departmental data in adherence to enterprise standards.
• Prepare and champion architectural artefacts such as Solution Architectures, Design Standards, Data Strategies to both business executive as well as to technical staff.
• Work collaboratively in Scaled Agile Framework team to deliver contemporary data solutions, prototypes in a hybrid hyperscale cloud environment
