Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage strategies for the effective utilization of the CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the databases align with organisational needs.
• Design and implement database structures that support the storage and retrieval of CRM and ERP data efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with your team to optimise database queries, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive CRM and ERP data.
• Address a diverse range of service requests, delivering information and facilitating resolutions with precision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar technical support role, ideally with a focus on on-prem and on cloud services.
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational database management systems.
• It will be advantageous to have worked with T-SQL and a familiarity with C# and HTML will be beneficial
