Hours: Part/Full time – Flexible hours.
Location: Mildura VIC
Responsibilities and duties
• Daily cashflow management
• Daily overseeing of Accounts Payable and Receivable Functions
• Floorplan management and audits
• Management of the Deal Processing team ensuring timely processing of deals along with the accuracy of the deal input and assisting where required
• Sales log reconciliations at end of month
• Ensure process of bank transfers for creditors and payouts are followed
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensuring that banking and administrative procedures are followed for the dealership
• End of Month procedures
• Preparing of financial statements and submissions brands
• Supervision of admin staff
• Help with compliance
• BAS generation
Academic and trade qualifications
• Qualification in accounting
• Management experience with 5 + staff preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience within the motor industry is not essential but preferred
• Strong financial/commercial background and understanding
• Accounting knowledge both principle and practice
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and administration skills
• A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
