Form of workWe are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join a corporate accounts team. The primary purpose of this position requires supporting the company accountant to undertake and deliver a wide variety of accounts / administration functions.
Some of the duties include but not limited to:
- Processing creditor’s invoices timely and accurate payments of Creditors
- Accounts receivable and daily banking
- Accounts and administration data input and filing
- Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Assist with preparing various financial statements and reports
- Performing other duties for the management team
- Processing of deals
The following criteria is required:
- Certificate qualification in accounting
- Experience using ERA / Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer based skills i.e. MS Suite
- Previous exposure in retail automotive industry is highly valued
- Demonstrate strong Accounts/Administration skills and experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
