Prestige Honda is currently seeking an experienced Dealership Administration Assistant to join our busy Administration hub in a Full-time role.
This Family owned business has a great team of staff that work together to produce the customer service our clients expect from a prestige automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities including, but are not limited to:
- Reporting directly to the Financial Controller
- Processing Bank Statement Daily
- Managing Cashflow with the help of the Financial Controller
- Costing/Processing Deals
- EFT transactions for 4 Dealerships
- Vehicle swaps/invoicing
- Floorplan payouts
- Assisting other staff in the team
Key Requirements
- ERA/ERAPower Experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, well presented and professional
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional attitude and proactive approach towards your work
- The ability to quickly build rapport with customers/work colleagues
- Ability to work within a team
- Current driver’s licence and police clearance essential
- Previous dealership experience preferrable but not essential
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to use initiative, present well and have a drive to succeed in a very busy Administrative Team.
