Our Tangible Assets Valuation & Advisory team within Deals assist clients to make industry best practice and data-driven business decisions by providing commercial insights and technical expertise, backed by well-articulated, rigorous and reasoned analysis, to deliver innovative solutions across the organisation's whole asset lifecycle.
Our team is expanding! We are looking for an Experienced Asset Management Professional at a Senior Manager or Director level to help drive the delivery of physical Asset Management related services through the analysis of client data, market research, site inspections, modelling, strategy and roadmap development, transformation programs, project management and the preparation of deliverables and recommendations.
Using your expertise in physical Asset Management, you will make an impact by blending technical skills and strategy to deliver key strategic projects which may include an assessment of an organisation's Asset Management maturity, development of improvement roadmap strategies, asset lifecycle modelling, and total expenditure and funding optimisation for top ASX organisation's, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.

With an inquisitive mind, solid Asset Management background (8+ years), familiarity with international Asset Management standards and strong leadership, your expertise in strategy, problem solving and lateral thinking will provide:
Strategic Asset Management consulting, including Asset Management maturity assessments and roadmap/framework development, asset lifecycle optimisation, other bespoke advisory services;
Knowledge of Asset Management standards and best industry practice such as ISO 55000 Asset Management suite;
Support to a wide range of capital-intensive industries (e.g. infrastructure, energy, mining, manufacturing, transport, telecommunications, health, utilities, entertainment, etc) for a variety of purposes; and
Technical capability to develop trusted relationships with the wider PwC team and our clients in a dynamic environment and mentoring to grow the capability of our Consultants.
