Your role
This is an exciting role supporting our Customer Growth team and more broadly sitting in our Direct Insurance Division. The role will be responsible to execute on the CALD (Cultural and Linguistically Diverse) Strategic Plan through the delivery of key sales initiatives across all regions.
The role will support the development of the CALD plans which are clear, robust and actionable for the key brands and respective states/territories focused on delivering on customer and growth objectives.
This is a permanent role open to candidates in Sydney.
About You
- Strategic mindset & experience in developing strategies and business plans
- Preferred with the experience in marketing and digital, managing a CMS including loading and publishing content and approvals processes
- Proven ability to build deep understanding of customers, digital channels and trends to unlock opportunities, especially CALD customer
- Can confidently articulate our brand's tone of voice through social media service channels, ability to tell data-driven stories in a clear and concise narrative
- Project Management - able to manage a campaign or project from start to finish independently
- Sound commercial and business acumen
- Analytical & Quantitative Skills (including Research Skills)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage multiple
- Experience in identifying and managing risks with effective risk control methods and techniques; ability to develop related plans and management programs to control losses at corporate and local levels
