Your Gateway to a New Career: This position is your gateway to becoming an on-the-road field service technician for the right person. Factory training will be provided to support your transition to this exciting role.
The Role: As a valuable member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Unboxing and configuring printers and photocopiers before delivery
- Deliver, assemble and test printers and photocopiers
- Stock control, including regular stocktakes
- Order fulfillment
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Liaising with customers directly regarding their new machine, being the face of the company.
- General warehouse duties
What You Need to Succeed at CMGSS: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and willing attitude
- An interest in becoming a field service technician
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliability and punctuality, ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not necessary
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Advantage but not necessary: IT certificate or qualification
