• Direct and guarantee the success of architecture services and consulting engagements.
• Lead talent management and development, playing a central role in workforce planning.

• Drive the evolution of our IP, ensuring our delivery playbooks and tools stay cutting-edge.

We Need You To Have:

• Proven delivery management experience within a consulting environment or PMO. 
• Influential leadership skills with an emphasis on people development.
• Ability to navigate and govern project metrics effectively.
• A balanced approach, with a customer-centric focus.
• A history of driving process and systematic documentation in complex organisations.
• Previous resource management experience within a consultancy leading large client engagements.
