About the Role
The role is responsible for efficient daily scheduling and operation of the relevant regional Delivery & Installation operation. As an experienced Team Lead, you'll facilitate proactive communication between the delivery fleet and customers (internal and external), and you'll be responsible for managing resource, capability and inventory constraints and timelines to ensure a seamless and effortless Delivery & Installation experience for customers. You'll also oversee and coordinate on the job training and development of Delivery & Installation Team members, support the D&I Manager in the day to day running of the D&I Team.
About you
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Previous logistics and Customer Service experience
Intermediate to advanced use of ERP and cloud based systems and Microsoft Office platform
Demonstrated experience of managing relationships with logistics companies at senior operational levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
