Leading Hand Parks – Mowing Team
Join Our Dynamic Parks & Reserves Team at the City of Armadale!
Salary Range: $64,000 - $76,000 + Adverse Allowance 3.5% per hour on top + Benefits (including 11% super, fitness centre membership, wellbeing events, and more)

What You Will Be Working On
Lead and champion safety and operational excellence within our Parks & Reserves Department.
Maintain the City's reserves and streetscapes to service delivery measures.
Operate various equipment including tractors, trucks, spray units, ride-on mowers, and small plant machinery.
Collaborate with a diverse team and engage with stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.
About You
You have a background in horticulture or turf (desirable).
Possession of a Construction Induction Card, Basic Worksite Traffic Management certificate, and Chainsaw Competency certificate.
Experience in leading teams and implementing maintenance schedules in a parks and gardens focus.
Hands-on experience with parks maintenance equipment.
Possession of a current WA 'MR' or 'HR' class driver's license and a C Class Drivers Licence.
Ability to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
