Delivery Lead - Martech

About the role
Troocoo has partnered with a market leader in the financial services and insurance space, across their enterprise wide technology transformation. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager, with prior history working in the Martech space.
The Delivery Manager will lead multiple squads focusing on uplifting and growing the Martech and customer self service capabilities of the business. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will lean on your experience in Agile and DevOps practices to drive new initiatives and modernise existing systems. You will be a conduit between the technology roadmap and working with senior marketing partners to define and execute the multi-year strategy.

Highly Desirable from the Delivery Manager

• Have proven experience in technology management and leadership roles, with a focus on overseeing technology delivery functions, utilising agile methodologies (7+ years’)).
• Have proven experience in advertising tools and technologies such as demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, agency trading desks, ad servers and ad networks.
• Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product management concepts, applying them in the dynamic world of software development.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to enable effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Be able to articulate your excellent leadership qualities and you motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams to achieve their best.
• Be able to demonstrate your problem-solving and decision-making skills and how you approach challenges with a strategic mindset that aligns technology delivery with business objectives, focusing on scalability, reliability, and high performance
