As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.
What you'll do
The Delivery Manager has end-to-end accountability for the delivery management of advanced analytics use case(s) aligned to a platform through the discovery, design, build, and support phases. They will bring together multiple cross functional teams across disciplines such as data science, engineering, product, UX, and more to deliver world class solutions across the group.
- End to end delivery management across use case(s)
- Day to day management of cross functional squad(s)
- Build & maintain strong relationships with all the associated stakeholders across the use case(s)
- Financial management across the use case(s), including supporting the Annual Operating model AOP budget cycle
- Coordination with the resource team to ensure effective resource management across the use case(s)
- Facilitation of all sessions related to the use case(s) and where appropriate platform including; quarterly planning, showcases, lighthouse, etc
- Participate in the delivery chapter and group wide project management communities to excel the capability across wiq
- Partner with the platform or use case lead to ensure the successful delivery the use case(s)
- Agile at scale implementation (fit for purpose)
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years experience delivering data & advanced analytics solutions, ideally within a large Retail / FMCG organisation
- Demonstrated delivery management experience including financial forecasting across large projects/ programs
- Ability to deliver through others by enabling and developing teams while establishing an environment conducive to personal and professional growth
- Strong commercial acumen as well as operational delivery
- Stakeholder management & engagement
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline
