As the Digital Product Delivery Lead, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role involves leading engagements with third-party contractors, implementing risk and security management systems, and establishing support models for maintaining and enhancing digital products post-launch.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery, aligning with contractual obligations and business goals.
- Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies, ensuring effective team collaboration.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Resource Management: Collaborate to ensure tasks are completed within budget and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality and user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of improvement, implementing lessons learned.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for digital product delivery matters, incorporating feedback for refinement.
Required:
- 5+ years in digital product delivery, preferably in Education, Mental Health, or Government.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience overseeing digital compliance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and autonomy.
- Flexibility and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing digital compliance such as IRAP or other IT/privacy processes.
Desired:
- Certification in Agile Project Management (e.g.., CSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile project management tools, including JIRA and Mural
- Technical background in software development.
- Experience in tertiary education environment.
- Interest in building digital product operations systems.
- Demonstrated passion for education, health or mental health projects that make a positive impact on others.
